Prompt, quick, efficient, and excellent service! After repairs by a previous tradesman fell apart within a matter of months, Gary was able to provide and fit fixtures of outstanding quality, and was happy to guarantee the product. Not only did he respond to my initial enquiry within hours, he was very accommodating when I needed to re-schedule our appointment with only a few hours notice, and the job was done and dusted within 20 minutes. Can’t recommend these guys enough!.

- I have had an exceptionally pleasant experience this morning - nice enough to make me smile all week. I phoned a company "We Fit Doors" for an ongoing problem door - the most delightful gentleman Gary, answered my call and fielded all my questions with professional ism. He then attended my business with the same promptness that I have not experienced for many years. He assessed the problem consulted with me and found an efficient solution all while I was serving customers - then with an exceptionally high skill standard he recified the problem - all this at the most reasonable rates.

- Gary,
I am contacting you in regards to a job I had done lastnight by Garry. Basically, yesterday the front door to my business would not shut at all, we physically could not get it closed into the door frame at all. I had called around to HEAPS of other companies who flat out said they were on their way home and they wouldn’t do it until tomorrow. I even had one person abruptly tell me that I needed to get in line and there were 1000 people infront of me wanting doors fixed. After explaining I was in desperate need of someone to repair our door as leaving it open all not was obviously not an option, they still refused.
I called Garry late yesterday afternoon and explained my situation, he said no worries he would come and fix it for us.
I cannot even begin to explain just how grateful we are that he took the time to come and do it even though I’m well aware he was flat out and it was extremely last minute. Just goes to show you treat your customers like people and not just another ‘job’.
Just for the record I will be spreading the word about your company being the only one who would help us out.
